Tools for Reflection

A method that opens us to our inner wisdom is to "be still" and one way to do this is to take time to journal.

Julia Cameron who wrote  "The Artists Way" speaks about taking time each morning to journal three pages of streaming thoughts, "morning pages". This is something I have been doing for seven years. Now to be honest there have been times that I have quit, life has gotten in the way, but like any method of self care I know it works and I return.
