If you choose to journal can I recommend finding a beautiful book to put your thoughts into? The journals in the photo are a compilation of mine over the past few years. All from Chapters. They carry some amazing journals and while you're there how about taking a break with a Chai Tea Latte from Starbucks! Mmm

I think I may do that this week, my journal's almost full and I want a bright colourful one this time.
